Pan-Fried Bread with Omelet and Red Chilly Chutney

Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 nos eggs(use more if required)


  • 20 gms onion


  • 6 piece curry leaves,julienne


  • 10 gms salt and pepper (add accordingly for taste)


  • 10 ml coconut oil


  • 3 piece bread


  • 1 tbsp chilly powder,for chutney


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for chutney)


  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp (for chutney)


  • 20 gms salt (for chutney)

Directions

  • For making chutney mix all ingredients
  • Add water for consistency
  • Preparing egg, mix all ingredients and whisk until some bubbles form
  • Heat pan and add oil
  • Pour egg mixture
  • Small flame
  • Put bread slices on top of egg mixture
  • Flip bread after a few seconds. This is to make the egg attached to the bread
  • Put 1 teaspoon chutney on top of bread and chutney
  • Flip bread and omelet together
